[This is a prototype of a text story with a data visualization. It is based on research reported in the Guyanese media about research done on suicide in Essequibo. This story is NOT at the standard required for the assignment. It provides a prototype. ]
The DPC 2204 will be doing a data visualisation piece. There are limited sources of public data in Guyana. In 2014,, the American University of Peace Studies (AUPS) conducted research in Essequibo. The Guyana Times and the Guyana Chronicle carried some details of the data which the AUPS presented.

It would appear that many persons think that ways of gainful employment would be the best way to prevent suicide. There is also a need for counselling services for those who are considering suicide.
